I picked up a roll of this wide plaid ribbon on clearance for about $2 and cut a few pieces in gradually increasing lengths.I put them out on the floor and stopped when it looked like a Christmas tree..

Stick it on the wall and call your large-scale Christmas cheer done!Remember last week when Chris tore down our bedroom wall and.exposed the brick.Well, about an hour after it was done he said something like, “It’s been done for almost an hour, why haven’t you decorated it yet?”.

He was totally making fun of me, of course, because he really doesn’t care whether or not our bedroom wall is decorated for Christmas, but I did it anyway!.It’s a small life-raft of Christmas cheer in the sea of horrors that is our master bedroom.. Ha!

OK, it’s not that bad.

It just has dark wood panelling and ugly dark brown doors.. First, I made this Silent Night sign. You do get to look fancy for a second if you get to tell your friends that you used the fanciest of paints, but you also get to look clever if you tell them that you just used basic paints, and yet your room still turned out just as beautifully.

It’s probably just because your design skills are so astounding.🙂 Honestly, the only thing people are ever going to really notice is whether or not they like the color of your room and how good it looks compared to before you painted.

So save yourself those extra few dollars and buy yourself something nice.If you’ve been feeling like you really don’t know what you’re doing when it comes to painting, and you’re worried about wasting a whole bunch of money on supplies, only to mess the project up,.
